Inner light holistics

Welcome to Inner Light Holistics. My name is Michele, and I am a transformation coach and a holistic therapist. My passion and purpose are to empower women through coaching and healing therapies, giving my clients the support, guidance, and tools to become the greatest version of themselves.

I trained as a beauty therapist many years ago and went on to graduate and work as a nurse, gaining vast experience and knowledge in theatre and surgical nursing. As a natural empath and healer, I was passionate about caring for people, and I loved my job. After a severe spinal disc prolapse and surgery to replace my disc, I had to take time out from my nursing career to recover. At this time, I experienced anxiety and depression, and I turned to alternative therapies and meditation to help with my own health needs more naturally and holistically. It was at this moment of my life that I began my own spiritual journey, and I began to tune into my inner self, working on my own mindsets and self-limiting beliefs. The combination of meditation and holistic therapy gave me the ability to help rebalance my mind, body, and soul, and I was able to free myself from the fear and anxiety I had been experiencing.

During this process, I realised that I had a natural passion for healing and holistic therapies, and I discovered my true purpose was in this line of work and being able to help others achieve balance in their lives.

I went on to qualify in Reiki, reflexology, pregnancy and fertility reflexology, massage, EFT, meditation teacher training, health and wellness coaching, mindset coaching, and levels 2 and 3 counselling. I now work both online and mobile, visiting clients in their own homes. Helping others is my passion, and I want to help you feel the best that you can possibly imagine.
